COVID-19 update
We will try and do everything within our power to keep our guests safe & feeling safe in our villa. It may require some extra effort on our behave, the cleaners and our guests so by working together we hope we can all enjoy our time in the villa.
Please see below a notice we will have up at the villa explaining the preparations put in place for your arrival and some information about what to do if you become worried or develop symptoms that might concern you.
We will currently not be doing back to back booking this will give time for a through clean. New bookings will have at least 72 hours gap (3 days),
All toys and books are boxed up and put in the garage as they cannot be properly sanitized.
To save unnecessary visits from the management team , any call outs will be looked into to if we think this is an emergency and cannot wait until the end of your rental. For instance one blocked toilet or shower drain will not be classed as an emergency if there are more in your home or a light bulb not working. However if there is a fire, flood, broken AC, pool equipment & appliances problems these are emergencies and we will deal with all in a safe and timely manner. If it is a Wifi & cable problem we will try to deal with the on the phone or by calling the provider.
